We had called a different company for a door repair but were not happy with being told they'd arrive "sometime between 11 and 1" several days later. Called Zook and got great service. Same day service at my convenience - he tried to and did accommodate my busy schedule. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Zook. Dennis did the work and he represents his company well.

Today I called Zook Garage Door Services because our door is badly damaged. The secretary was very helpful and has set up an appointment for an estimate for this afternoon. Zook was recommended to us by the owner of Coldwell Banker Professional, Realtors in Norfolk, VA. They are very pleased with the service they received. I have used Zook Services twice -- once for a garage door spring replacement and a couple of years later I bought a new garage door from Zook Services and had it installed by them. Both times I was very pleased -- prompt service and very fairly priced. I will definitely use this company again!! Highly recommend!!
