They came to my office about an hour after I called and picked up the key to my rental house, swapped out the water heater and were back with the key in just over an hour. Kim called from the office and I paid over the phone. I went and checked after work and except for the new water heater, it looked like they never were there. I could see where someone had swept up where stuff from behind the old heater had fallen out, so they even cleaned up my dirt from years of accumulation. Excellent Work-Thanks!
