As another reviewer had said and I agree. The staff at the front desk was just doing their job. I have been to this office several times and there was no one here that greeted anyone with a warm smile and hello. It was as if they were all robots just checking you in. kind of creepy actually. I just didn't feel like I was in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, I left the office feeling as if I hadn't been completely listened to.

Dr Prillaman treated me with respect and gentleness. His staff were friendly and accommodating. They wrapped me with a blanket during the procedure.
