I purchased an unlimited monthly pass for $40, that

includes inside vacuum/wipe down and quick outside

wash anytime for 30 days. The folks working there were friendly and helpful, with a special thanks to Tyler Horn

who did a great job and was

such a positive personality. After asking who I could let know what a good job he was doing I discovered he was the person I would need to speak to. Always good to see everyone at a business working hard.

First of all, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I'm not trying to say anything bad about them whatsoever, please understand.



However, this place has terrible value for the money. Honestly, you're better off washing your car at home. Recently, I spent $40 on the Premium Car Wash, thinking if I spent a little more I should get something more comparable to the results I wanted. Well, not so much and LESSON LEARNED. They left the dash dirty, the cupholders dirty, and the vacuum job was subpar (so much so that I had to go behind them when I got home). Furthermore, I specifically asked them prior to service to vacuum behind the seats and move them up so they would get everything. Either they forgot or just ignored me. I had to direct them to take the vehicle back to the vacuum station to finish the job, which as noted above, still wasn't very good. Last straw... the car was still dirty. I could scrap dirt off the hood with my fingernail. So disappointed, and frankly, pretty angry.



If you want to get your car clean(ish) quickly, try the $14 basic wash and then take it home and finish it up. Otherwise, don't bother.

Found out Tina is gone. The guy that took her place seem to be doing a great job. Nice change. My car looks great too.

Tina is the manager that ruined my experience with the auto spa. i will never go back and dont recommend until she is gone. she has a bad attitude when you try to explain whats wrong with the service.
