The person who groomed my dog was a butcher. Took 4 stitches in 2 paw's to fix him up. Do not go to this place. people were very rude and did not know anything about dog's. One person mite of been in the business for 30 years but the rest look and acted like they just woke up! Once again save your time and money and go else where!

Whats happening at Dogs Day Out? Went in there the other day and the groomers are all gone and a whole new staff is there. They wont tell me what happened. Im very upset about this and wont be returning! They were a bit rude about the questions I was asking.

I am so happy I found Dogs Day Out a few months ago. Diane, the groomer, is amazing with my dog, and she always looks fantastic when she leaves. The customer service is wonderful, and I am always treated with respect when making an appointment, dropping off and picking up my dog. I won't go anywhere else!

The staff is not very friendly. The cut was ok...nothing special. They want you to leave a tip regardless of what the dog looks like. I probably won't return b/c they are not personable. If they are not nice to the customer....how do they treat the animals?

Everyone I have spoken to and the way they treated our dog was GREAT!!! I would recommend them above anyone else moved here we moved here from Kansas City so our dog (life) had never been toanother groomer and they treated her like gold! Thank you Dog's Day Out! You are the best.
