Hello! Iâ??m Kelsey Smart. After 9 years of working as a hairdresser in downtown New York City, Iâ??ve made my way home to Cedar Rapids. Iâ??m excited to create a personalized upscale experience for my clients in Eastern Iowa! I specialize in color, specifically lived-in highlights and low-maintenance blonding services like balayage.
