I've never had a problem with my dogs getting groomed at this location?! These are old reviews on this site, so maybe these individuals left, but I've been taking my 5 Bichons there for grooming for YEARS...and never a problem! In fact, they always come out looking like little dolls!

I have to agree with the last reviewer. My collie gets groomed often. I usually take her to the Petsmart in Noblesville, but when they had no appointments, I took her to the location in Carmel. When I picked her up, she was anxious and hid behind my legs. I'd not seen that behavior with any previous groomings. Because our pets can't talk to us, we have to simply watch their behavior and act accordingly. I'll stick to the Noblesville Petsmart. But keep in mind, groomers come and go. The employee or employees that caused my dog's poor experience may no longer be there.

My toy poodle Bailey has always been praised on how good he his and how loving and cuddly he is. at a previous groomer, when i picked him up all the groomers were surrounding him and playing and were in love with him. at petsmart, i got a call saying they were done but that one dog wasnt finished all the way due to him bitting the groomer. I thought they meant baileys brother Simba, who is a trouble maker. I get there to find out they were talking about bailey. A girl says she'll go bring them out and quickly returns and asks me to go in the back and get bailey out of the pin because he is biting at her. BAILEY HAS NEVER EVER ACTED LIKE THIS BEFORE, NOR AFTER. He had to have been mistreated quite badly to bite someone or that he didnt want to even come out of the TINY medal cages they stuffed him into.
