Customer Service is a joke! They charge $50 if you reschedule an appointment and then commence to require payment in advance. I thought I was doing something complaining on Amy. Judy aka manager defended Amy for not rescheduling an appointment but instead charge $50 same day reschedule for a 4 minute $35 procedure. Well maybe they’re all family, not sure, I just know they’re money hungry and customer service does not exist. Life doesn’t happen, like getting a vaccine booster, not feeling well and still trying to get there coming from San Diego. The penalty is $50 and pay in advance for a long term never no show customer. Take your business somewhere else.
