Love there wings and fried Veggies. Service us good. Prices just keep going up

i personally have family who worked at the anchor bar back in the glory days when wings were new and everything was great. i took some friends to eat there and the waitress even told us that duffs wings beat them in a taste test cuz their wings werent cooked all the way. needless to say we still ordered the wings but ate them very slowly checking for pink parts. the wings are good. and thats it. its not an award winning receipe and u can buy the wing sauce at tops. that cant be a good sign. my brother in law makes better wing sauce. all in all the dining room lakes imigination and could use some serious cleaning and the bartenders are so slow and rude. i do not recommend this place. go to duffs instead.

My husband is really big on chicken wiings so I took him there for our anniversary! He liked the wings and I got the anchor bites! I loved them! We got the broccoli and cheddar bites as an app and they were great! Will go there again!

My friends and I came all the way from the other side of the country for "The most famous chicken wings". The food was good but the service was horrible. After we were waiting about an hour for the seats, they put us in a small stuffy room with the Latin Band playing music. The music was so loud that we can't even talk to each other. We were there for the food and companies not a concert!! We'd asked the Manager to move us and he said that we have to go wait outside for another hour to be seated again. Three groups of people had left the restaurant because of loudness. I work for the Airlines and normally carry earplugs in my bags...thank God for that!! My friends had to used the napkins to plug his ears.

We went to this restaurant recently after not having been here for years and I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the food is still as good as it was 30 years ago. The place is bigger than before and busier than ever. Don't miss this little part of history if you visit Buffalo, NY
