I called Griffin and asked if they could cut a motorcycle key, one which was not flat. They said sure $5 including a flat blank key. I arrived at the store and they said they'd cut the key but no guaranty on either my blank key or the cost to cut the key. They wanted me to pay $5 whether they botched the job or not. I can understand no warranty on my blank key, but I don't understand their not standing behind their work. Find another locksmith.

DON"T USE THEM. If they make a mistake, you have to pay them to fix their mistake. If you use them a couple of times and everything goes OK, then you will think I am crazy. But the first time they make mistake, and you have to pay them to fix their mistake, then you will know what I mean. If I could give them a minus 5 I would.
