Attorney Vel Belushin – Founding Partner Attorney Belushin has been representing injured plaintiffs for over a decade. He has experience handling claims in the negotiation and litigation phases of personal injury cases. Attorney Belushin is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He received his Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University, and then continued on to Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2001. Attorney Belushin has continued his to develop his professional skills by attending workshops as well as contributing to weblogs concerning personal injury law. Attorney Belushin is a member of many professional organizations in the legal community, including the American Bar Association, the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the New York City Bar Association. In addition to praise from satisfied clients, he has also been acknowledged for his pro bono work by his peers. In addition to his vast knowledge of personal injury law practice and the New York justice system, Attorney Belushin is bilingual, and can assist clients with their legal issues in English and Russian.
