I had a major leak to the main line from the meter. They promised to show up during a window from 8am-12pm. They never showed up. It turns out they had failed to inform me of their policy that they will not honor the appointment unless they establish phone contact first. Please be warned. You are far better off ignoring giant companies like Superior, and looking in Superpages or simply asking neighbors to tell you about a good, dependable local plumber. That is what we did, and we got a swift, quality, reasonably priced repair.
