Stay away! I used them for my 2014 fall pool closing. First they didn't close the valves on my pipes or screw the plug into the end of them, so all of the water drained out of my pool. I only noticed this b/c they didnt correctly cover the pool and the cover blew off. These issues were blamed on a leak in the pool and the wind. Lastly, as I'm discussing this matter with them the day after, I notice my extendable pole and brush attachment are gone. He states he doesn't have them and gets defensive that his workers wouldn't take them. Save yourself the headache and use Schechs on old route 6 in Brewster

Stay away from this company. Poor business ethic and management. Retracts statements made via text messages. Now sending bills for what he said he would take care of. I guess we will see one another in court. I recommend finding another pool company.
