Alice has been in the business for 30 years and staying strong. Obviously that alone says something about the quality of work that is done there. I would also say its because of Alice, the owner who is very friendly who all to come into her shop. Shoe repairing is the family business she was brought up in and because it is something she is proud of she can go into work and enjoy her time there. I even got to see a few different pairs of shoes she had worked on. The was a ladies pump that was in to be stretched, then there was a pair of cowboy boots, that had been shined to their brightest white and had some work done on the sole. They looked almost brand new!
