Matthew was professional, polite, reviewed completed installation and paper work. The area was left clean. Project was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Two years ago I bought a house that had an "Eco Water refiner system" which had been out of service for many years. After several un-successful days of trying to put it back in service, I called Superior Water and Air for assistance. In less than one hour the technician (Mike) arrived and 30 minutes later my system was up and running. Mike inspected the unit, replaced worn seals, and programmed the controller. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend this company. Thanks Mike for a job well done!!

Matt came to our home last Thursday and installed a water heater. I appreciate his professionalism ,his knowledge of installing product and my questions pertaining to the taking out of the old water heater. He did a wonderful job everything cleaned up in a professional manner and all my questions were answered.

Home Depot is using this business to install appliances like water heaters. I was very disappointed in my experience with the person doing the estimate. He did not know anything about electric water heaters and had to call an outside source to get a ball park estimate on a water heater I want installed in my home to replace an existing water heater the same size and volume. That is poor business. I expected a expert to call me and show up on time. Neither happened. He did not know anything about installing a water heater to answer my questions. How could I have confidence the quote that he gave me was a valid one. By the way, the quote was more than the water heater cost. I've had water heaters installed before and I was shocked on the quote that was over the phone. I denied him at that point. I did not even want him to come to my home. I think Home depot should do a audit on this business. I was certainly not impressed.

Mike Seymour was an excellent man for my installation, He was extremely courteous and professional. He took extra time to help me understand my new system. I highly recommend Superior Water & Air to anyone.
