For anyone reading this post, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE AT ROYSONS! I will say it again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ROYSONS AUTOMOTIVE! FIND ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP! After paying close to $4,000.00, my vehicle was returned to me minus my electronic equipment and a catalytic converter. I spoke with Angelo, he directed me to Dean. Dean manages each Roysons Automotive. After accepting Angelo's harsh and disappointing conversation, he provided Dean's contact number! Dean made it clear that he would not cover the cost of my stolen electronic equipment or at bare minimum replace the stolen catalytic converter. After speaking with Consumer Affairs, Roysons simply has the ability to file a claim under their garage insurance but Dean simply refused to do so. Dean also claimed the Bobby, the owner, was out of town and would not be able to help me. Roysons did not bother offer to reimburse or refund me not even one single red penny. There was zero solution, zero customer service. Only a cold "NO"! After being hung up on, I decided to post my experience on Google. If you are reading this post, you have been warned. One stranger to another, please find another automotive repair facility.

I drive 15 miles past all kinds of auto repair shops just to take my car to Roysons. Especially if it's a major problem. Great service and friendly , trustworthy and good pricing.
