Their responsiveness to messages left on their answering machine as well as the emergency number is not very good. I left two messages and the insurance company left a message as well and I still had to call them on Monday. Their reply was an unenthusiastic, "I didn't get the messages." Their response time for setting up an appointment was an even less enthusiastic "I'll try to find some time." By the time I ended the call I was ready to call them on their dejected attitude and B.S. about not receiving the messages. We will see about how they handle the actual repair.

The actual repair was well handled and taken care of honestly and well.
