Call was answered by a human!! Gentleman came out, evaluated my trees, explained how the company worked and gave me a guaranteed est. I called other companies to see who had the best price, but most didn't return my calls (since I had to leave a message), some didn't have insurance and some had outrageous prices! This guy was nice and the price was reasonable so we hired him. Only after he left did we realize what a great deal we got! I came home from work and something didn't look right. It took me a few minutes to realize that my tree was gone!! He did such a great job that I didn't even know that he had been there. The tree was gone and the yard was clean! I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them again.
