Hands down the worst.
Don’t waste your time here, just a bunch of half ass excuses.
Tried to schedule a check up, got left on hold long enough to empty and reload my dishwasher,
Then when I finally hear back from someone it’s to say “sorry, but you missed an appointment and our manager is super strict, maybe you can reason with her tho?”
Like I’m suppose to grovel at a second chance to PAY THEM TO DO THEIR JOB.
The manager who deals with scheduling is a JOKE and so is their weak policy.
Ps: I missed my last appointment because of a death in the immediate family, apparently “that’s not their problem” which I guess is understandable, but I wouldn’t come here for a “family friendly” dentist.
