Copy and Ship and the staff are wonderful people! I used to work for the family and I cannot believe how aweful some of the reviews are on them. They will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Bill and Todd are the greatest and their family is awesome! Bill and Todd know exactly what they are doing and do it well and that's doing whatever is possible to help anyone. I love them like my own family and do not like seeing them being treated like this.

Charged $41 for FedEx ship when FedEx says it would be $25. When I went back to ship myself they unpacked the item saying I got a good deal on packing and refused to pack even when I offered to pay more. Very unprofessional behavior for a long time customer. Very puzzling. Beware.
