I am not happy with the customer side of this business. I had to call 3 times before I could get somone to help me. After discussing the fees. I asked the gentalman to please send me an e mail or call me with the TOTAL that would be charged to my account. He assured me my package would get out soon. Later that evening I realized I haven't heard from him so I called him back and he appoligized but he had not had the time as of yet to get my package mailed. It had been a crazy day. I again reminded him to please e mail me the TOTAL purchase charge, since he was unable to do this at that time. He did send me an e mail however it was just the shipping charge... UGH! I had to call him back in the morning and explained to the lady that I needed the TOTAL charge she informed me he was not in yet and there was nooo one else that could help me but he should be in 15 mins and he will call me back... WELL 15 mins went by and as I sit at work.. I realize that I have not heard from him and it had been 2 hours so I called back and was not a happy camper after asking again for a total. I explained to him that I did appricate that the package had been mailed however I was not PLEASED with the customer service that I had received. He then asked if I wanted to speak to a supivsor and the supervisor and I went back and fourth as he defended his employee.. I then realized that it just wasn't worth it.. The package has been mailed but I would not refer or use Parachuting Penguins again due to the customer service that I have experienced but they did follow thru and mail the package...

If you travel as much as I do you will wish that you had Parachuting Penguins there to help. They are open late and remarkably on call 24/7 if you need them. I first found them through a rental car counter at the regional XNA airport and have used them ever since. They were also recommended by my hotel and I was correctly encouraged to not get my hopes up with any other printer in the area. After several conversations with fellow airline passengers who have recounted their nightmare experiences with others who would consider themselves "competition" to The Penguins, I know that the locals knew what they were talking about. There should be six stars for these guys!
