The knowledgeable technician from Kilter Termite was a punctual and personable guy. He went on with his inspection and at the same time educated us about the destructive nature of termites and how we would be able to prevent termite infestation in the first place. Luckily, he told us that our home is termite free other companies would have insisted we have an infestation just to make money! I am truly impressed with his honesty, which is really hard to find these days.
