My husband was in a bad wreck last year and had to have surgery. A friend at work referred us to Russell and Billy. We liked them from the first time we met. They were not throwing contracts out tosign and were not talking about money. This was about more than money to us and I think they understood that. They helped with getting the surgery done and let us know what was going on along the way. I did not like the insurance company's lawyer, as I think he was disrespectful to my hunsband and I, but I guess that is his job. Anyway, when all was said and done, Russell and Billy got all the medical bills paid, my husband's lost time from work, and a very fair amount for all the hell we went through. I can't say enough about how honest and understanding these gentlemen were toward us. I was certainly not what I expected when I was thinking we needed to hire a lawyer. Good staff, also. I had never used a lawyer before and was not very trusting of lawyers. Mr. Beall took time to explain everything to me. I was very impressed when we first met and he told me he never put things in front of clients and told them to just "sign this". He explained every document I signed and even told me that if I ever felt he was not working to put me in the best shape I could be in that I should fire him. That was very unexpected and very impressive. He and his partner got me almost 15 times more than the insurance company had offered. Their driver slammed into the back of my daughter and I and then refused to admit fault. I think I made a very good choice and would recommend Mr. Beall to anyone
