I like this store. Found what I needed(bobbi boss jumbo braiding) and as a bonus for first timer, employees gave me free bonus card with gifts.

Customer service is fantastic! Got what i wanted at once when i asked for assistance. That's why i shop here. My personal experience is very satisfied! Treating customrer as a family and even i got small gift of appreciation for shopping here. Highly recommend

Called this morning, male answered the phone. As I explained what I was looking for (human hair), he wrongly assumed I was trying to sell hair & he abruptly cut me off, replied he was not interested and hung up the phone as I sat on the other end of the line, completely puzzled. Good thing I called before patronizing his store to make a purchase. I do, however, look forward to sharing my experience with others as unbelievably, this is a true experience.
In the event you read this, just so you know, I am a small business owner so my advice to you is to learn to ask for clarification before assuming something completely wrong...it's a great business practice skill to have.
