      The best of the Best in Baton Rouge

      I Went in to Elgins to shop around for an engagement ring. It didn't take any time at all for me to decide that this was definately the place I would be getting it. The salespersons are absolutely great and I could not have asked for better customer service. Richard Elgin went out of his way to find the exact perfect loose diamond that I was looking for. He ordered several just for me to look at, and I hadn't even promised to buy anything. When the four diamonds came in he called me immediately and I headed up there. Needless to say I picked one out, we ordered the ring and as promised we had it before a week was up. There was no pressure what so ever and I did not feel obligated at all. This place is exceptional for quality and customer service, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Richard and Toby for making my wedding ring set the most beautiful I have ever seen!!!! I will be forever happy.

      I am so happy with my purchase from Elgins. I got a gorgeous ring and the people in the store were soo attentive to my needs and could not wait to help me find my perfect ring. Richard Elgin was wonderful throughout the whole purchase. Would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone
