I wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. Well they charged me for services that i did not receive. When i asked for the money back on it the first time they told me that there wasn't an office manager in so they couldn't do anything but pass it on. So when i went in there the last time i asked about it again. The so called"office manager" Sheila said i would not get my money back because they were a different company now and were not related. That was odd because my same Vet was there and all the people that worked there before were still there. I knew that they changed their name but it didn't seem like a reason why they would try to rip me off. So anyways i went back home and looked for an e-mail that i have and it stated that they would become The Whole Pet, and it didn't say anything like this thing was saying in the office. This is the actual e-mail that they sent me. So i went back with the e-mail and after it read it, it had a strange smile and it laughed, and that was when i left.





Dear Clients of Westgate Veterinary Center and The Whole Pet:



We are pleased to announce a new endeavor at Westgate Veterinary Center! As of Thursday, March 1, 2012, we will become The Whole Pet at Westgate!



The Whole Pet at Westgate will be a new entity that will encompass Holistic Veterinary Medicine and Integrative General Practice. You will still receive the same friendly service and work with the same staff and Doctors. Your pets will continue to receive the high quality health care you have come to expect.



You will notice new literature, logos, and the new name. Over time, you will notice some other changes that will better enable us to provide wellness and preventive health care to your pets from babies into their golden years.



We are doing everything possible to make this integration as smooth as possible for you and your pets.
