I called for technical information on an amplifier that I own but did not buy here. The man I spoke with, Garry, was more than knowledgeable and had very good advice for me. I live a hundred miles away, but the next time I'm in Bangor, I am going to stop and see what he has for audiophile equipment. It's a great feeling today to talk with someone who tries to help you. He's NOT pushing product.
