This place is more about fixing your phone rather than buying a phone. They can replace you screen in 15 minutes and it will be good as new. To me, they are not about customer service, it's more about a repair service. They fix your phone and do it quicker and cheaper than insurance.

Ok I took my Galaxy tab 3 8.0 there to get the the screen fix since my son cracked it.. Took then a week to get the part in and on top of that receive a call saying they broke the LCD so I had to wait another week finally got it back paid $110 dollars came home and notice that that at times the apps would open it would freeze there was marks behind the screen.. I went in to see if the could fix it and of course they found way to say it's not there fault that is a galaxy making me feel like my tablet was a piece a crop sorry I paid good money for it... Then the owner comes out saying the only thing he could do if brake the screen and give me my money back like really I heard good things about this place and look what happens only went in to get my a new screen for my tablet they brake the LCD like wtf.... NEVER again will I take any of my stuff there...

Cool phones but too expensive and very limited variety I went today and they didn't have the phone I was looking for

Pretty good service, good custurmer service.The guys always seem to be playing around and not really care whats going on. Always using cuss words towards each other. The girls are pretty AND helpfull so ill keep going

I would rate them a five stars except the two girls working there when I went were really rude! To busy gossiping about who knows what. -0 in customer service. I asked a girl a question and she seemed clueless. Seemed like they were in a rush to get me out of the store so they could gossip some more. Plus one of them was on her phone. Not good for the store imagine! Other than that this place has accessories that no one else in Bakersfield would. But needs new employees!

Fast service and nice workers. Will go back there many times. Would recommend this to my friends and family.
