A Woman’s Best Choice is home to Dr. Edward Charles Allen, M.D., physician of the year, 2000 and Kern County’s pioneer and most experienced gynecological surgeon. Dr. Allen specializes in advanced operative laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, laser and the harmonic scalpel.
