By midyear 2011 It started blistering and our Polaris started picking up a netfull of particles every week. etc so we tried contacting them about their great 5 yr warrenty. We had no luck getting a response until we went to the BBB. In Sept 2011 as a result of the BBB we were informed they would start work on November 6th. In the spring the resealed Aquafin pool began to peel. Do to illness in the family and my two surgeries we delayed contacting them untilabout the 8th of July with an email. No response so we sent a certified letter with a return receipt request to the prior Austech address on2899 Waymaker Way #27 78746. PO has been unable to deliver, Tonight I began my search and found the 139 Tanager address - called the same phone number and Celia answered(same person that answered for Merlob. According to Wikipedia company was sold in 2011 to someone with a name of Hill and Merlob is touting his pool success in California. Any way have found at least one other person on Yelp with similar problems. Our POOL is Sick. Second try by Austech is a disaster.
