      I didn't want to get any outside help for my tax debt but the forms I needed were confusing and the IRS kept asking for more and more documents. They lifted my lien and negotiated a settlement offer to take some of the money from the sale to put down a lump sum on my tax debt to pay for a reduced amount in full.
