the entire process was seamless. The dentists there seem to have great chair side manners. My dentist was super gentle. He kept me in the loop of everything he was doing. Great personality. The best dental office I've been to.

The service is fine. Their smile shows the good quality of their service,. I'll come back here to have my regular check-up again.

I had great respect to how they handle their patients, very professional . Staff courtesy deserves an A+ grade. Clinic was pleasantly clean, I like the atmosphere. I just happened to help a friend here last week. I will switch over here for my next dental appointment.

I had a mildly aching tooth for several weeks which progressively and quite quickly worsened. I had been looking for a dentist in the area and found My Ashburn Dentist through many strong recommendations. I was not disappointed.

I had a tooth extraction from some dr . michel in ashburn, it was the worst experience ever,pain didn’t even go away. I tried Dr. Rusznak’s dentistry, as he checked me up it turned out that the tooth extracted was not the cause, but a different tooth! I won’t rely on other doctors aside from DDS Rusznak.

This place has dentists who are great at explaining details of dental procedures. It is important for me to have the knowledge of the procedures first before having them, so this is just perfect

My teeth are sensitive to cold drinks. I get this weird tingling feeling when having ice cream or any cold desserts. I think this started a few months back, after getting dental service on a different clinic. I called them and they told me it will go away eventually, but I wasn't satisfied with that answer. So I went up and looked for a dental clinic on-line. I found this, and quickly got an appointment. Dr. Rusznak examined me carefully and gave me a good sensitivity toothpaste. It works really well. Now my teeth are back to normal, and it couldn't have been better. Who knows what would have happened if I haven’t taken a second opinion here?

Dr.Rusznak’s work especially on porcelain dentures are great! They last long even when eating tough food. Materials also match teeth’s natural color. well done.

Procedures were explained as plainly as possible. Good choice, if you are looking for dental services.

After many attempts to find the right dentist for me, I was introduced to Dr. Rusznak. When I first came to the dental clinic, it was just for the regular checkup and cleaning. Until I eventually had bridges, crowns, and gum treatment. Everything is perfect and worth it. I have made countless referrals to friends and family to see Dr. Rusznak and his great staff.

This office is hungry for your money....!!!!!!!!!



I had heard great things about this place but have definitely been very disappointed. Sad to say that I honestly feel that I have been suckered for believing all things they said I NEEDED. I guess this is my fault for thinking that all dental facilities are open for the health of their patients and not the sales. :(



I was told that I NEEDED a crown badly which I recently ask 2 other dental offices everything is fine with my tooth and just need a filling..!!



Also WARNING! They call the DAY BEFORE your appointment (or send you a text message )and if you want to reschedule they charge you $50. What is the point of the confirmation call if they plan on charging you regardless? I called and asked if there was anyway this could be changed without a fee or even another time for that day. They pretty much gave me the hand. As I couldn't reschedule my work meeting - I called them back and told them I was very upset about this situation and didn't understand the point of a confirmation call if they were planning on charging regardless and that I am done with this dental office. The front desk lady told me "that's fine- goodluck." and that was the end of the call......SHOCKED....i had to pass this story on to the rest of the office because I could NOT believe their customer service.



I then later received a call for the cancellation fee. I don't know if that is legal for trying to charging me for something they didn't do?



Bottom line- Don't be fooled by what they tell you. Very very bad place to go.



There are plenty of other Dentist in the city that will be real with you :)
