This store has a really good staff every time I come in they are very helpful answer all of my questions and make sure I have everything I need when I leave for my delivery.

The employees in this store are lazy and don't know anything about the appliances they sell. They googled every simple question I asked, and took 10 minutes for each one. Still managed to leave the store with bad information and the wrong parts for the washing machine. They did not apologize and did not try to hurry with the refund and second purchase we had to make. It took 10 minutes to pick a washer, and they took 2 hours on their computer and in the backroom talking. The manager is the worst employee there.
