Foundation Sport & Spine is a chiropractor clinic based in Arlington Heights.We have been treating issues ranging from back pain to sports injury to plantar fasciitis to you name it! for more than 10 years. We craft a customized, corrective care plan that addresses our patient's individual needs so that they can get back to doing what they want to be doing. We strive to make sure we get our patients a long-term correction, not just a short-term patch-up job.Our doctors are committed to giving you back what pain has taken away, one visit at a time, using a combination of Active Release Technique (ART), muscle activation, tailored rehabilitation programs, dry needling, spinal remodeling, and corrective chiropractic care.
