after a written estimate of 2700.00 the job completed was 5000.00 with a promise of planting the grass as a provision from the lack of good estimating. very uncontactable once cash is paid. 4 postponements and 3 no shows . only if miguel stays with the job does it get done correctly. i have yet tp receive my receipt. had to have my grass redone. nice people but very very sketchy work. pay them with caution
