Alex is a professional. The installation team (his siblings) came to do the install in one day. I did have an issue with 2 of the windows after the team had left. Alex wanted to make sure my concern was address and came to my place to review the installation and address my concern. The install was done correct. I am extremely happy with the windows and the attention placed as a customer.

We just got our home windows 6 custom brown painted vinyl windows. Makes our house look like brand new. Professional installation, beautiful windows and very affordable.Alex gave me a great price compared to many other companies I called for estimate.Around 30% lower. Thanks Alex and brothers job well done.

Sketchy work, poor quality.

Do not do business with Starbridge!! This company is such a fraud. They came out to my home and installed windows- upon them leaving and me taking a closer look I noticed two of the windows were cracked and one was without a screen. I immediately contacted Alex who says he�s the owner, and sent him photos of the damage and screenless window. He played nice and promised to remedy the matter but never did. He stopped answering my calls and text messages after three days. PROTECT YOUR HOME and YOUR WALLET!!!

I purchased French doors for my living room about 6 months ago which I absolutely love but had to spend an extra $700 for screens which haven't fit properly since I purchased it. My Representative has been out and tried to fix the problem but was also very frustrated that the screens kept popping off and told me that he was going to have the manufacturer come out but I have been waiting over a month without anyone contacting me or calling me back. I would love to be able to open up the doors and enjoy the weather but unfortunately I am still waiting for them to be fixed.
