I last and final time giving this joint my patronage. On 01/29/16, I called to schedule an appointment at 2pm for my dog to get bathed and groomed. I just came back into town and I was told my dog would be ready in a couple of hours. In the meantime this allowed me to run errands while my dog was getting groomed and this is made clear to one of the employees at happy paws. Three and a half hours later I did not receive a call from happy paws which caused me to wonder what was going on so I decided to call to them to see how soon my dog would be ready to get picked up. Apparently, it was the owner that answerd the phone and advised me that she would call me back to let me know as soon as my dog was ready and that was at 4:15pm. Then I get a call at 5:50 p.m. right before Happy Paws from the owner, which was about to close at 6 o'clock and let's me that my dog would be ready in 10 minutes and they are still working on her and I was on the freeway on the other side of town so I wouldn't have made it on time. At this point I was upset. I receive another call from the owner as I was ready to enter the shop, I confronted the owner asking her why would you call me 10 minutes prior to closing after she had over 3 hrs to tend to my dog?! The owner attitude was extremely rude as she her response was unprofessional by saying, "well, it takes awhile." Not only was this some bull$!*, but my dog's haircut was uneven with lopsided ears and this money - hungry person still wanted to charge me her "new rate"?!
I ranted and let her know she is doing bad business and this not how you treat your customers. The owner's attitude and behavior was so nonchalant and dismissive, I said that one bad review and word of mouth can spread like "wildfire" and I'm making sure of that. NEVER EVER GIVING MY BUSINESS to this UNPROFESSIONAL and greedy shop again!!!
