Okay, I am a bride-to-be that needed a studio for my wedding dance rehearsal. I get lost to Arte Flamenco when i try to find Jayvee Dance (which located one block down from this studio). There I met a guy name Art-who happened to be the owner of this place and offer me to rent their studio. But i didn't take it coz i booked Jayvee already.

But few weeks after, Jayvee is totally book, so my last option is this studio. Monday afternoon, I called the studio and Art ask me to come and see what i should expect he said. I came down to their studio that afternoon (remember MONDAY), see the room and i asked him to check their availability for SATURDAY. Without checking he convinced me that it is available all afternoon Saturday. He asked me to put a down payment of an hour rent. I agreed and they give me a small receipt. Suddenly on WEDNESDAY he called me and said there were a group already booked the place until 4pm for Saturday, and they book the room first so he asked if i can move down my rehearsal into 4pm. I agreed and contacted my teacher and everybody else about the schedule changes.

But this is not the end yet, on THURSDAY NIGHT about 08.30pm a very unpleasing & rude woman name Clarita called me and tell me that the place will be use until 5pm. She said if i want to i can use their back room-which i hardly call it studio, it's so messy-and don't have a door. Of course i refuse, coz I am a customer too. I have scheduled my teacher and all my wedding party which comes to a total of 18 people. Now in last minute they give me that idea. I didn't get upset to her and i didn't entertain her high tone coz that's wasting my time, i just asked her to refund me and promise myself never to step my foot into that studio anymore. Yet until today I have not receive my refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO REGRET, NEVER GET A CLASS OR RENT ANY STUDIO THERE!! I STRONGLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! There so many other nice and professional place to go!!

This is my 2nd home!!! I have been an adult student here for 1 year now taking various classes from belly dancing, flamenco, salsa, & hip hop. I have no previous dance experience and all the instructors and staff have treated me with kindness, respect and encouragement. I began taking dance classes because I hate to exercise and found dance to be one of my biggest joys of life. Clarita and staff are wonderful!!!
